The first painting in our Capsule Collection of the year. I painted this series in honor of my Mom for her birthday, using some of her favorite colors. Soft, dusty mauve blooms against a moody burgundy backdrop. Pink dahlias represent admiration, affection and gratitude. I am grateful each and everyday for my Mom and her years of encouragement to lean into my passion to create.
 
Displayed in a 3x3 gold frame, each painting is as unique as each brush stroke, with no two being the exact same. Once the collection is gone, a new one will take it's place here - giving gardeners an opportunity to add distinct and unique artwork to their collections at home.
